Storefront products
PULSE storefront products rank your catalogue for each live visit, anonymously. Decision API, Search, Recommendations and category pages, each with the reason behind every score.
A thousand shoppers land on the same page and see the same grid, though they came for different things. The storefront products read what the current visit implies, from the pages viewed, the filters set and the words searched, and order your products for it. No login, no cookies, no personal data, and every score comes with the factors that produced it.
| Product | What it ranks | Calls | Counts toward usage |
|---|---|---|---|
| Decision API | The live session itself: what this visit is shopping for | POST /track, POST /session | Yes |
| Search | Search results, from your engine or ours | POST /search, POST /rerank, POST /suggest | Yes, /suggest free |
| Recommendations | A recommendation strip, on a first visit too | POST /catalog/ranked with recommendCount | Yes |
| Category pages | Category and landing-page grids | POST /catalog/ranked with categorySlug | Yes |
Measuring is free: POST /event and POST /exposure record what was shown and what happened, so
you can prove the ranking worked, and they never count toward usage.
Built to run beside what you have
- It falls back to your own order. If PULSE is slow or unreachable, the shopper sees the order you would have shown anyway.
- A share of visits is always held back, ranked without PULSE, so the difference can be measured rather than asserted.
- It reads Southeast Asian searches in Vietnamese, Thai, Bahasa and English, prices included.
Get the catalogue right first: ranking can only surface facts your catalogue records. The catalogue products find and fix the gaps.
Return Verification
PULSE Return Verification shows which missing product facts go with your returns, whether a repair moved them, and what that was worth at your own costs. Report order outcomes with one free API call.
Decision API
The PULSE Decision API reads an anonymous visit as it happens and says what the shopper is shopping for, so every ranking call that follows is personal from the first click.
