Promotion Audit
PULSE Promotion Audit judges your vouchers, price cuts and free-shipping offers on the orders that stayed bought, after returns and failed deliveries, against doing nothing.
A voucher that lifts orders is not yet a voucher that paid. Some of those orders come back, some are refused at the door, and some shoppers would have bought at full price anyway. The Promotion Audit reads your own history and answers four questions.
- Which offers left you better off than doing nothing? Each offer's expected contribution per shopper counts orders kept, returns a listing could have prevented, every other return, and failed deliveries.
- For which shoppers, and how many? Per group you can see: new or repeat buyers, a region, cash on delivery. Including where the answer is to give nothing.
- Does fixing the listing beat a discount? A repair is one more option, its one-off cost spread over the shoppers it reaches.
- What do shoppers really pay elsewhere? Your price against the same product after vouchers, cashback, coins and shipping, beside the sticker gap.
Who it is for: a seller who runs promotions on one or more marketplaces and wants to know which ones to keep, before spending more.
It never guesses
Every rate comes from your history or a test you ran. An offer with too little history is never recommended; neither is one that wins only inside the noise. In both cases the answer is a test, with the group and the offer named. Margin per kept order has no default: it is always yours.
The calls
| Call | What it answers |
|---|---|
POST /interventions/audit | Your history in, measured offers and a decision per group out |
POST /interventions/decide | The same decision from rates you already measured |
POST /interventions/landed | The price a shopper actually pays on each marketplace |
Settings, and where they come from
Return cost and failed-delivery cost fall back to defaults we maintain when you do not send them,
and every response says which values were yours and which were ours, in configuration. Saved
per-account settings are on the way; until then, send your own numbers with each call.
What it will not do
It does not promise more profit or fewer returns: nothing has been measured on your history yet. It does not target individual shoppers, and it does not set prices for you.
Return Verification
PULSE Return Verification shows which missing product facts go with your returns, whether a repair moved them, and what that was worth at your own costs. Report order outcomes with one free API call.
Storefront products
PULSE storefront products rank your catalogue for each live visit, anonymously. Decision API, Search, Recommendations and category pages, each with the reason behind every score.
